Welcome to the Community College of Denver (CCD) Radiation Therapy Program Web Page.
Restarted the Fall Semester of 2008, and located at the Lowry Branch, the program prepares Registered Radiologic Technologist for entry level into the field of Radiation Therapy.
This 12 month, certificate program is an intensive combination of classroom and clinical experience obtained over 3 semesters. Community College of Denver (CCD) promotes high standards of patient care for the community by recognizing qualified individuals for acceptance into the program. CCD staff is committed to a teaching and learning process that provides and encourages student growth and self-esteem, while students are expected to be able to analyze, synthesize and evaluate college level material.
Graduates upon successful completion are eligible for application of registration in the discipline of Radiation Therapy, with The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
