Oru next orientation/advising seesion will be Tuesday, October 5, 2010 from 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - presentation will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. Building tours/general questions will begin at 4:30 p.m. At this time you will be able to hear more about the program, the application process, the profession of dental hygiene and examinations necessary for licensure.  The advising session will be held at:  CCD Dental Hygiene, Lowry Campus, 1062 Akron Way, Building 753, Denver, CO  80230.  Reservations are not required.

 

**A special "application" orientation/question-answer session has been scheduled for Thursday November 4, 2010 from 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. at the same location as listed above. This orientation is ONLY for individuals who plan to submit/resubmit an application prior to January 1, 2011. All other program information will be discussed at the October 5, 2010 advising/open house session. During this time, applicants will receive step-by-step instructions on how to complete/resubmit an application, credit transfers, health occupational exam, interviews, and an overview of how the application process is broken down to the top 24 candidates. This orientation is not mandatory and reservations are not required.

 

Prior to completing the dental hygiene application, candidates are required to attend one group Advising Session.  This does not pertain to out-of-state applicants.  Individual counseling sessions to address specific needs can be scheduled at the student’s request by calling 303-365-8303.
