CCD Career Development Center events:

"Introduction to the Career Development Center" workshops

The CDC staff will host workshops to Introduce students to all the services the Career Development Center provides, including information on the Career Connections job posting system. These sessions are free for all CCD students! Locations are currently TBA.

Wednesday, October 13th 2:00-3:00pm
Tuesday, November 9th 12:00-1:00pm

Job Club--students helping students find employment

If you are a CCD student who is transitioning between jobs, recently laid off, or in the process of finding a new job, this club is for YOU! The Job Club is a great way to stay motivated in your job search, learn tips and develop contacts from others, and ask questions of Career Development Center professional staff member and student Peer Mentors.

Job Club will meet the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month for the Fall 2010 semester:

September 29th--our kick-off meeting with FREE food!
October 6th
October 20th
November 3rd
November 17th
December 1st

Off-campus Events:

E3 Job Fair: September 9th, 2010, Colorado Convention Center. The E3 Career and Resource Fair is also an opportunity to network with businesses who are looking for current and future job positions. Check the Colorado Department of Labor and Connecting Colorado site here for more information.
