| How do I get a tutor?
Students who qualify may be assigned a tutor for a particular subject area. The tutor will work with the student up to two hours per week throughout the semester. To request a tutor, contact the staff at 303-556-3406 or come by South Classroom 142E.
When can I work with a tutor?
Qualified students will arrange to meet with their tutors on a regular basis that works for both participants. The CTTS Lab (SO142E) is open Monday though Thursday from 1:00 to 5:00 and on Friday form 10:00 to 1:00.
How do I contact my tutor if I'm going to miss a tutoring session?
You can send your tutor an email or call. Call 303-556-3406 to find out the contact information for your tutor.
Note: CTTS may terminate services when students miss more than two tutoring sessions during a semester.
I have a disability. Can Career and technical Tutoring still help me?
Yes, CTTS works closely with the Center for Persons with Disabilities (CPD) to make sure that all students have equal access to and success with tutoring.
I don't qualify for Career and Technical Tutoring Services. Where else can I get help?
The Academic Support Center (ASC) in SO142 provides a wide range of tutoring and lab services to students on a walk-in basis.
